In addition to designing programs, I helped shape how the instructional design team worked by building internal systems and scalable processes. I’ve contributed to or led working groups focused on:

  • Establishing KPIs for the instructional design team

  • Defining and documenting QA processes

  • Creating shared learner personas

  • Creating a guide for how to write rubrics and implement them in the LMS

  • Standardizing AI-assisted curriculum design and the build workflows

  • Consulting on project management practices

  • Mentoring new instructional designers
