In addition to designing programs, I helped shape how the instructional design team worked by building internal systems and scalable processes. I’ve contributed to or led working groups focused on:

  • Establishing KPIs for the instructional design team

  • Defining and documenting QA processes

  • Creating shared learner personas

  • Creating a guide for how to write rubrics and implement them in the LMS

  • Standardizing AI-assisted curriculum design and the build workflows

  • Consulting on project management practices

  • Mentoring new instructional designers

I love process, structure, and helping teams move faster with clarity and confidence.

How I Measure Success

Quantitative metrics I use:

  • NPS and student satisfaction

  • Learner pace as a leading indicator of graduation rate

  • Assessment attempt averages (target: 1.75)

  • Projected graduation rates and actual graduation rates

  • Hiring rates

Qualitative data includes:

  • Student survey comments

  • Student interviews

  • Alignment between learner goals and course outcomes

  • Internal team feedback on project delivery, collaboration, and communication
